I have always been a scrooge when it comes to buying makeup, but when my friend showed me the Napoleon Perdis brand Pasarella Mascara, I fell in love. I have fair skin and medium length lashes, and this mascara works wonders for my eyes.

Although it costs a pretty penny at $15 a pop at Target (regularly $19 on the NP website), the formula is worth it. I hardly use any because the mascara spreads evenly and separates my lashes. It almost seems like I am wearing false lashes because of how much more lengthened and full they look.

The NP line was only recently introduced to Target, and has an entire testing display included. I have only used the mascara, but judging by the results I experienced I will definitely be saving up and trying out the other products.

I recommend this mascara to anybody. It makes shorter lashes seem longer and fuller and adds a lovely curl to the longer thicker lashes. I went to bed with it on, and it didn't smudge in the morning, it is waterproof, and did not clump at all. I love this product.
