So you've seen Drew Barrymore dancing around on the TV talking about this "Lip Magic", but what is it really about?

I tried the Covergirl Outlast Lip Stain and I've got two problems with it. Yes, it doesn't rub off on napkins, glasses, or shirt collars, but that's exactly it! It stays on so well, that if you dare accidentally stray from your lip line, it looks as if you have been drinking too much Kool-Aid.

Also, because the lip stain is a pigment based stain, it is difficult to apply the stain evenly. Like a marker, the more you "write" on your lips the darker the stain. So, unless you are an expert, it will in fact, look like you applied your makeup with a Sharpie.

Although the color may be beautiful, I find the product to be more a hindrance than help.
