Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm

Have you ever noticed the bright yellow display in almost every grocery store, pharmacy, and book store? That is the Burt's Bees section, and it is filled with wonderful 100% natural products to keep your lips and skin healthy. One of the most popular and effective products they offer is the Beeswax Lip Balm.

The Beeswax Lip Balm contains coconut and sunflower oils to hydrate, as well as vitamins and natural fatty acids to condition. The beeswax (it's called Beeswax Lip Balm for something!) is used to help seal in the moisture and prevent drying out. There is also a peppermint oil that adds a cool tingle with every application.

The Beeswax Lip Balm comes in a standard .15 oz chapstick tube made out of recycled plastic, or a small "old fashioned" .30 oz metal tin. Both are priced at about $3.

On the Burt's Bees website, average consumer reviews rated the product 5 out of 5 stars. I found that most of the people who rated it low didn't like the peppermint tingle, but there were hardly any put downs to the product as a whole.

As a user of this product, I too can attest to my adoration for it. The lip balm stays on for a long time and doesn't leave my lips feeling sticky or caked on. I love the tingle, and the smell and taste is pleasant too. Being prone to chapped lips in the winter, the lip balm practically saves me from my lips cracking at hurting. The only problem is, my friends and family tend to borrow mine with no intention of returning it! (so keep yours well hidden!)

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm and other products can be found in CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Barnes&Noble, Borders, and almost everywhere else! The price is a little high for chapstick, but most users agree that it's worth the three bucks.
